DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS IN EDUCATION

Abstract

The article discusses the development of teachers' ability to implement innovative methods in the context of digital transformation of education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the state of development of the ability of teachers to implement innovative methods at the theoretical and practical levels, as well as to study the conditions for its formation and the mechanism of development in the modern education system of Kazakhstan. The study, based on systematic methods, competence-oriented methods, activity methods and innovative methods, analyzed the main structural elements of the professional development of teachers. The study showed that the ability of teachers to implement innovative methods includes not only their mastery of modern educational technologies and digital platforms, but also their willingness to continue innovative pedagogical design, reflection, research and professional development. The study used methods such as theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, pedagogical control and statistical data analysis to systematically analyze indicators such as the use of digital educational platforms by teachers, participation in advanced training courses, participation in methodological communities and the use of innovative teaching methods from 2022 to 2025. The results of the study demonstrated that in recent years, the ability of teachers to implement innovative methods in the Kazakh secondary education system has exhibited a steady growth trend. The study also showed that the digital educational environment, advanced training courses, STEM education models, platforms for sharing teaching experiences, and professional collaboration between teachers have an important impact on increasing teachers' ability to implement innovative methods.
