Abstract

The results of studies on the study collections of wheatgrass of different species and different ecological and geographical origin are presented. Collection samples of fodder crops as a gene pool that has passed many years of natural selection and professional analysis of breeders is the material basis for the development of pasture animal husbandry and environmental protection and food security of the state. It is noteworthy that this role plays a decisive role in promoting scientific and technological progress, protecting the environment, identifying high-yielding research for the stable development of the livestock industry. Therefore, special attention is paid to the collection, accounting, evaluation of collection varieties and their use in production.
The study of the availability according to the generally accepted methodological guidelines of the All-Russian Research Institute of Plant Industry named after. N.I. Vavilov [12] and the All-Russian Research Institute of Feeds named after V.I. V.R. Williams [13], State Variety Testing of the Republic of Kazakhstan [14]. Physiological study of stocks according to the “Methodological indicators for the solidity of drought resistance of grain crops for the choice of water regime parameters [12].
According to the complex of economically valuable and biological traits, sustainable development has been identified: 14927, 315068, 316121, 340060, which are used as starting material in identifying new highly productive wheatgrass varieties. Wheatgrass varieties important in terms of productivity and ecological characteristics as the source material transferred in fodder crops of the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture and Crop Production for use in breeding practice.
The area of results is crop production, fodder production.
