The development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan is aimed at providing citizens with inexpensive and high-quality food products, as well as ensuring food security. In order to achieve the above goals, it is possible on the basis of the development and implementation of scientifically sound recommendations and proposals for the rational use of natural resources. In 2023, the area of cultivation of agricultural crops by farmers of Kostanay region amounted to 5175.7 thousand hectares
Minimal and zero tillage in the years of research contributed to a reduction in the cost of wheat harvest by 8.9%. Therefore, the advantage of zero treatments is manifested in the efficiency of using material resources. In a technological sense, the proposed minimization of tillage reduces the duration of field work, bringing them closer to more optimal deadlines, which in turn has a positive effect on the yield of grain crops and, first of all, spring wheat.
These soil treatment systems in the conditions of the southern chernozems of Northern Kazakhstan ensure an increase in wheat grain yield, save costs, increase labor productivity, preserve and increase soil fertility.
The objective of the research is to assess the density and electrical properties of the soil on the yield of spring wheat, depending on the tillage system in the conditions of the chernozems of southern Northern Kazakhstan.
