Abstract

The article reveals the significance of blogging in the formation of a teacher's personal brand. The authors explore the concept of "blogging," uncover the features of blogging in the pedagogical sphere, and consider the practical aspects of running a blog, including content creation strategies, audience interaction, and using the blog as a platform for feedback and reflection. The aim of the study is to investigate the possibilities of using blogging as a tool for forming a teacher's personal brand. The authors seek to identify the key factors that influence the successful formation of a teacher's personal brand in the online realm. Research objectives include the following: explore the theoretical foundations of blogging as a tool for developing a teacher's personal brand; define the role and significance of blogging in teachers' professional development and personal brand creation; identify the key benefits of blogging for teachers in enhancing their recognition and authority among students, parents, and colleagues; analyze the effectiveness of blogging as a tool for building a teacher's personal brand and determine potential limitations and risks. The authors emphasize that regular blogging contributes to increasing a teacher's recognition in the professional community and can become a key element in the strategy of building a personal brand. The article presents the results of a case study of educational bloggers, as well as examines the potential difficulties and challenges that teachers may face when using blogging for professional purposes. In conclusion, the authors focus on the need to adapt to changing digital trends and continuous self-education to maintain the relevance of a teacher's personal brand in the online space. It is determined that the key factors for successful use of blogging in forming a personal brand are clear goal setting, regular content management, engaging the target audience in online dialogue, and constant monitoring and analysis of performance indicators. Successful educational bloggers demonstrate a high level of expertise, a creative approach to content and its presentation, and active interaction with the audience.
