Abstract

The article is devoted to foresight planning for the development of soft skills in the professional and research culture of future teachers. In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape and digital transformation era, it is clear that, beyond professional knowledge, teachers must cultivate a diverse set of soft skills, including emotional intelligence, creativity, communication abilities, and critical thinking. The article discusses the trends that will determine the requirements for future teachers and proposes foresight planning methods for predicting the necessary competencies. Particular attention is paid to the formation of the research culture in future teachers, which allows them to adapt to new challenges in the educational environment. The experiment included a study of the of students of the college and university majoring in pedagogy (PI "College ZEREK" and A.Baitursynuly KRU NLC) to identify the existing level of soft skills development and further improve the foresight planning program for the development of soft skills in the professional and research culture of future teachers. The authors highlight the necessity of incorporating these skills into pedagogical training to equip future teachers for successful professional practice. The article also explores potential approaches for implementing innovative teaching methods and supporting educators in their professional development. The study's practical significance lies in its potential to enhance educational programs by fostering the soft skills essential for future teachers' success.
