FACTORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACMEOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

The study of the motives for choosing a teaching profession, the formation of a realistic idea of the future profession are necessary conditions for the training highly qualified specialists of the new age. This article examines the main indicators of the acmeological stance of a future teacher as a component of their professional competence. The research purpose is to identify the factors of the development of acmeological competence of future preschool teachers. Research objectives: 1) to study and analyze the issue of applying the acmeological approach in the higher education system; 2) to identify the main factors contributing to the development of acmeological competence of future preschool teachers. To achieve these objectives, the following main motives were analyzed: social, cognitive, prestigious and creative motives. A survey was conducted among students of the 6B01201 – “Preschool Education and Upbringing” educational program in accordance with the “methodology for identifying students' interest in choosing a profession” by Pavlyutenkov E.M. The study analyzed the survey results using a Spearman correlation coefficient. The article also provides factors influencing the dynamics of the formation of motives for choosing a profession.
