CURRENT STATE OF ADVANCED TRAINING OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS

This article examines in detail the current state of the system of training and advanced training of physical education teachers in the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the research, special attention was paid to the introduction of modular teaching methods, the use of digital technologies and the importance of medical and pedagogical control. A comparative analysis of the educational program and the regulatory framework was carried out, the main provisions of the "Law on Physical Culture and Sports" were taken into account. In addition, a survey of teachers was conducted to identify satisfaction with professional needs and professional development programs. The results of the study indicate the need to increase the digital literacy of teachers, master complex teaching methods and improve the skills of medical and pedagogical management. The problems such as limited access to special courses, lack of technical equipment in schools and lack of special digital resources for teachers are analyzed. Successful practices of using distance learning platforms and modern technologies are considered, specific recommendations for improving the system are given. These recommendations will improve the professional qualifications of teachers, improve the quality of teaching, and ensure the accessibility and effectiveness of physical education classes.
