In the context of rapid socio-economic changes, the digitalization of the labor market, and increasing uncertainty of professional trajectories, the problem of forming students’ career resilience within the university educational environment becomes particularly urgent. Career resilience is considered as an integrative personal and professional quality that ensures a future specialist’s ability to adapt to changing conditions of professional activity, overcome stressful situations, professional crises, and uncertainty, as well as maintain motivation for continuous development and self-actualization.The article substantiates the significance of psychological and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of career resilience among students in the course of university education. It emphasizes the role of the university educational environment as a space for the purposeful development of students’ personal resources, including the motivational and value sphere, reflective abilities, self-regulation skills, and professional self-determination. Particular attention is paid to such conditions as a psychologically safe and supportive educational environment, the implementation of practice-oriented and interactive forms of learning, as well as the integration of career counseling and psychological support into the educational process. It is noted that the effective development of career resilience is possible through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates pedagogical technologies, psychological support, and managerial mechanisms for the development of the educational environment. It is concluded that the systematic implementation of psychological and pedagogical conditions at the university contributes to enhancing graduates’ competitiveness, their readiness for continuous professional development, and their resilience to the challenges of the modern labor market.
