The relevance of this study is explained by the fact that, with the widespread digitalization of education, college students experience a significant deficit of psychological and pedagogical support in the process of personal self-determination. The aim of the study is to develop, test, and evaluate the effectiveness of a proprietary program for developing personal self-determination in college students using digital technologies. The following objectives were identified: theoretical justification of the phenomenon under study; diagnostics of the baseline level of indicators; implementation of the formative program; comparative analysis of the obtained results. The main idea of the study is to confirm that digital technologies, used as a medium for active self-expression, contribute to the sustainable growth of students' personal characteristics. The study utilized theoretical, empirical, and statistical methods. The experimental facilities included two colleges in Kokshetau, with 160 students participating in the study. Key results: the experimental group showed a significant increase in self-esteem, self-acceptance, and the cognitive component of digital awareness; no significant changes were found in the control group. The study's contribution lies in the development and testing of an original program integrating modern digital tools into a system of psychological and pedagogical support. The scientific significance of the work lies in its theoretical substantiation of the role of digital technologies as a medium for active self-expression in the process of personal self-determination in adolescent students. Its practical significance lies in the program's recommendation for implementation into educational and psychological work.
