Eye diseases in cattle cause significant damage to livestock, reducing productivity and breeding value. In the last decade, infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis (IBK) associated with the bacteria Moraxella bovis and Moraxella bovocoli has become the most widespread. High genetic diversity and low cross-immunity between different genotypes is a deterrent to the widespread use of specific prophylactic agents (vaccines), which makes treatment with specific antimicrobials a priority. This paper presents the results of determining the sensitivity of pathogenic moraxella associated with IBK to the main antimicrobial drugs. Isolated in the period 2018 - 2021 from cattle of various breeds, M. bovis and M. bovoculi isolates were tested for sensitivity to antimicrobial drugs by the disk diffusion method. Rifampicin, Azithromycin, Ampicillin, Ampicillin+Sulbactam, Cefuroxime, Amoxicillin, Lomefloxacin, Ofloxacin, Chloramphenicol, Ciprofloxacin showed the highest activity against M.bovis isolates. For M. bovoculi isolates, the most active antimicrobial drugs were Ampicillin, Ceftriaxone, Penicillin, Amoxicillin. Higher resistance was noted among M. bovocoli isolates.
