The article presents a theoretical review and experimental study of the problem of using an electronic textbook within the teacher training for integrated primary school education. The purpose of the article is to determine the effectiveness of electronic textbook in the process of training future primary school teachers for integrated primary school education. To achieve this purpose, the authors used theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of scientific papers) and empirical (pedagogical experiment, observation, testing, expert assessment) methods. To verify the experimental data of the study, the Pearson test, correlation analysis, and expert evaluation were used. The experimental study was conducted in two stages at the A.Margulan Pavlodar Pedagogical University with students of the "Pedagogy and methods of primary education" educational program, a dual form of education. The development and testing of the electronic textbook was carried out within the Zhas Galym grant project for young scientists. In the end of the study, it was determined that consistent work with students of the "Pedagogy and methods of primary education" educational program based on electronic textbook, provided positive dynamics, as well as completeness and consistency of mastering theoretical knowledge and the development of their pedagogical skills for the successful implementation of integrated teaching for younger schoolchildren.
