DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PERSONAL BRAND: SURVEY OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Despite the fact that the educational space is one of the most conservative areas of society, today it is experiencing fundamental changes: rethinking the nature of knowledge, transformation of the very purpose of education and the resulting problem – the lag in professional training of specialists behind labor market demands. The authors emphasize the importance of developing a personal brand in the professional training of a teacher. Since digital educational resources are relevant in modern education, this article considers the potential of digital educational resources in developing a personal brand. The article describes the analysis of a survey conducted among students of a pedagogical university on the subject of students' understanding of the role of digital educational resources in the development of a teacher's personal brand. The survey included questions about knowledge and experience of using social networks as one of the types of digital educational resources. The results obtained allow concluding that students understand the importance of digital educational resources for developing a personal brand. However, most of the respondents do not use these resources well enough. The authors recommend including training in the use of digital educational resources in the curriculum of club activities of pedagogical universities to prepare future teachers for their effective use in developing a personal brand.
