THE STUDY OF INTERETHNIC, INTERCULTURAL, INTERRELIGIOUS INTERACTION, ATTITUDE TOWARDS INCLUSION AMONG PEDAGOGICAL STUDENTS

The article presents the results of a study of interethnic, intercultural and interreligious interaction, as well as attitude towards inclusion among students of the Higher School of Pedagogy of Alkey Margulan Pavlodar Pedagogical University. The research idea is to identify current trends in the formation of multicultural competence of future teachers in the modern educational environment. The research relevance is manifested in the use of a selection of methods combining quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (focus groups) research methods, which allows us to obtain representative data on the dynamics of social attitudes. The results demonstrate the peculiarities of the ethno-cultural and religious identity of students, their attitude towards interethnic interaction and the degree of acceptance of inclusive values in the educational environment. The data obtained can be used to develop programs to strengthen intercultural communication, form the inclusive competence of future teachers and improve educational policy in a multinational society. The conducted research is one example of activity in the formation of value qualities among students of pedagogical specialties that affect their readiness for professional activity in an inclusive and multicultural environment. The research results demonstrate the need to introduce special educational modules and training programs aimed at developing ethnocultural sensitivity and inclusive competencies.
