The article shows the role of the principles of the synergetic approach in pedagogical science, analyzes the possibilities of application. Synergetics, or the theory of self-development, is shown as a complex system aimed at finding universal models of personality development that have heuristic significance for pedagogy. In the science of the theory of self-organization of synergetics, the main values and directions are considered. According to the synergetic concepts of pedagogy, synergetics is directly related to the organization in education based on the laws and models of self-organization and self-development of educational systems. The question of introducing synergetic ideas into knowledge in pedagogical theory and practice is becoming more and more relevant, and this is being realized by many researchers studying specific problems of this theory. The results of an independent study are also presented, justified in order to identify the interest of school teachers in acquiring new knowledge and experience.According to the research received, teachers showed interest in innovations, innovations in the field of education, to the fact that they attach importance to the field of science. The article is of great practical importance for the pedagogical society, since it is a field of science that contributes to the professional development of teachers, the rapid and effective achievement of the main goal of planning and organizing the education system.
